Train Journey from Delhi to Kasol

The nearest train stations from Delhi to Kasol are:

After reaching either Pathankot or Joginder Nagar, you will need to travel to Kasol:

From Pathankot: Take a bus or a taxi. The distance is approximately 90km and takes about 3-4 hours. From Joginder Nagar: You can also take a bus or taxi to Kasol, which is approximately 60km away.

Alternative Road Journey to Kasol from Delhi

Another popular way to reach Kasol is by road. Here are a couple of routes you can take:

Route 1: Direct Bus to Bakrota

The best way to reach Kasol from New Delhi is via a bus for RK Ashram or Himachal Bhavan Mandi House. The cost is around Rs1200 to Rs1500 for a sleeper bus. It will drop you at Bhuntar on the highway, where you may face many tolls, but if you are in a group, it might be fine. If you are two or three people, then just cross the road to the right and you will find a bus – it costs Rs70 per person and will drop you directly at Kasol.

Route 2: From Manali

If you are coming from Manali, you can go to the Mall Road bus stand and take a bus to Kasol. The cost is Rs190 per person, and the buses are described as lovely with friendly conductors.
