Current Fat Loss Routine
I've been losing a pound a day with the following routine:
Intermittent Fasting and Hydration
Intermittent fast for at least 12 or more hours. Drink at least 32 ounces of water per day, usually more. Consume golden turmeric milk in the morning or evening and take a daily multivitamin plus 1200 mg Omega 3 EPA and DHA.To prepare the Golden Turmeric Milk:
Heat 2 cups of coconut milk. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, a pinch of black pepper, and a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon. Stir in 1/8 teaspoon of stevia, if desired.Breakfast
Around 11 a.m.:
2 tablespoons of MCT oil. 1 tablespoon of beet powder and 1/2 tablespoon of Lion's Mane powder with half a lemon juice in 8 ounces of water. 1 chopped apple with walnuts and raisins, tossed in 1 tablespoon of EVOO and a pinch of cayenne pepper. A hot chocolate made with cacao powder, stevia, and coconut milk. Green tea.Lunch (Optional)
Include low-salt saltine crackers and soup, accompanied by an apple and earl grey tea.
Dinner Before 7 PM
Whatever you want in small portions, including raw veggies or mixed greens. Include an apple and earl grey tea.
This morning, I had a 3-egg omelette with mushrooms and three kinds of onions as a change.
What the Body Needs to Look Good
Even if you lose a lot of weight quickly, it won't show immediately. It takes weeks for your body to tighten up, and you may just look chubby, pale, and emaciated at the party. Try to avoid passing out; that's not a good look for a pool party.
