A Personal Recommendation

As a resident of Mumbai, Matheran is a hill station that I highly recommend for its natural beauty and unique experience. It doesn’t allow vehicles, making it ideal for walking or riding on horseback. Matheran is rich in greenery with over 4000mm of rain annually. The Gram Panchayat continues to plant trees, ensuring a lush environment. The misty atmosphere is magical, reminiscent of classic films. However, it's best to avoid weekends due to the high number of visitors. The only downside is the occasional presence of monkeys who may try to steal food.

Each of these destinations offers a unique experience, whether you prefer adventure activities or relaxation amidst nature. Choose a destination based on your interests and the type of vacation you are looking for!
